We’re rolling out a new product for neuroanatomical localization and identification: NeuAtlas
By warping comprehensively labeled individual brain scans using common landmarks, the variation of the human brain can be understood. This data is needed for neuroanatomical navigation in brain sensing and stimulation methods such as:
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS),
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS),
- Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRs),
- Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation (tDCS),
- Electroencephalography (EEG),
- Magnetoencephalography (MEG),
- High-intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU),
- Transcranial Focused Ultrasound (tFUS),
- Transcranial pulsed ultrasound (TPU),
- Functional transcranial Doppler sonography (fTCD),
- Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS),
- Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT),
- Cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES),
- Radiology Systems,
- Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS),
- Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD),
- Volumetric MRI (vMRI),
- Quantitative Neuroanatomy, and
- Automatic Brain Segmentation.
We’re looking for partners to develop our atlas for specific applications. Please contact us if you are interested in incorporating our data into your device or service.
